Hà Nội: Looking for Training and Recruitment Leader

Responsibilities:
The main purpose of this position is to take a lead role in implementing and managing recruitment & training activities
to meet the company human resource needs. Main  uties are included, but not limited to:
* Recruitment:
- Take a leader role in all recruitment operational activities of the company for different levels and types of employment to meet the company human resource needs.
- Make sure all recruitments to be in compliance with the company global and local policies and procedures and to be implemented professionally and represent the company.employer brand name.
- Oversee the use of advertising media, search firms and employment agencies in an effective manner
- Revise and update company recruitment policies & procedures.
- Identify, design and manage appropriate search and selection methods and tools. Design forms and tools used for
applications & selections
- Build up candidate database and sourcing networks for the company human resource needs.

Presence at career fairs, university events and other events which build relationships with key universities & sourcing networks.
- Liaise with HR Business Partners for recruitment strategy, hiring budget & day
today recruitments to ensure timeliness & results of recruitments.
- Complete all recruitment requests at managerial levels and key positions.
- Track statistics & cost of recruiting activity
* Training:
- Provide overall guidance to training and management development activities throughout the company in line with the global and local learning and development policies, procedures, guidance and best practices.
- Implement training and management development programs as required by the Global/ Regional HR.
- Liaise with HR Business Partners to indentify training and management development needs for each business unit to make training plan for the company
- Identify and assess external and internal training providers/ trainers.
- Organize and implement training courses/ workshops/ seminars
- Evaluate the training results and effectiveness
- Revise and update company training policies & procedures.
- Maintain training records and database.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree in any discipline preferably in HR
- Experience: At least 6 years of professional working experience in HR. Strong experience in recruitment is a must. Experience in working for manufacturing environments is advantage.
- Specific knowledge: Knowledge in HRM
- Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills. Experience dealing with multicultural workforce. Energetic, selfstarter, resourceful, selfmotivated and independent
