Ha Noi: Looking for HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:
The main purpose of this position is to supportdesignated business units (BU) by regularly providing recommendations, guidance and implement programs that are within the framework of the Company People Strategy and BU strategy. Main duties are included, but not limited to:
* Business Excellence
- Understand business requirements and deliver value‐added HR services in support of BU’s strategy
- Help line managers to align employee capabilities (numbers, professions, locations, competencies) to meet the long term business needs
- Conduct formal HR review sessions with BU Managers to review succession planning, high potential development plan and BU related matters, 3 times a year
- Participate in the divisional management team meetings
- Actively engage with employees at all levels in the BU to understand the different jobs to better support

* Rewards & Benefits
- Monitor performance appraisal completion and provide guidance & support with regards to system training when required
- Follow up with appraisers on the action/development plan laid out for appraises during the year
- Review compensation and benefits issues and give proposal to Country HR Manager to ensure competitive and in alignment with Country Compensation policy Learning & Development
- Map up the training needs, and develop a yearly training plan
- Monitor and implement training programs as per training plan. Manage training results and evaluation.
- Track regularly development programs for high potentials
- Develop, implement and review career progression plans for the employees in functional groupings
* Selection & Placement

- Ensure the selection of right person for the right job by being actively involved in recruitment process, including draft standard job profile advertisement, short listing, interview and ensure the new hire is properly inducted into the organization
* Employee & Industrial Relations

- Review employee feedback/survey results and implements action plan as required
- Conduct counseling for employee relations, communications and welfare HR Projects
- Handle special projects that are highlighted as priority for the year
Requirements:

Education: University degree in any discipline preferably in HR

Experience: At least 6 years of professional working experience in HR. Experience in working for manufacturing environments is advantage. Experience dealing with multicultural workforce
- Specific knowledge: Knowledge in HRM 
- Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills. Experience dealing with multicultural workforce. Energetic, selfstarter, resourceful, selfmotivated and independent
